Turn a link off at any time. The page then says so, and replies from it are refused.
How it works
Add a family to your guest list and the invitation gives them a link. Send it on WhatsApp, by email or as a QR code. When they open it, they see the invitation, and any private events you have given them.
- One link per family, created for you
- Replies and wishes from the link are saved against that family
- Private events appear only for the guests who have them
- A link can be turned off if it was shared with the wrong people
When to use one link and when to use many
A single shared link is quickest for a small gathering. Personal links are better when the guest list is large, when functions differ between families, or when you need to know exactly who has not replied. They also feed guest tracking.
Questions
- What if a personal link is forwarded?
- It still opens the invitation. You can turn that link off from the guest list if you want to stop replies from it.
- Can everyone still use one common link?
- Yes. Every invitation also has a general link.
